Postage within metro New Zealand is only $5.95 per order or FREE for orders over $60.


In Stock Items

In Stock Most of our items are in stock at the Beauty Bliss warehouse in Wellington. Orders containing only 'in stock' items, are sent overnight with NZ Post.

If ordered before 4pm on a business day, your order will most likely arrive the next business day. Please note that larger items sent to the South Island may take a couple of extra days to arrive. Orders containing items classed as 'Dangerous Goods' (e.g. fragrance/hairspray/aerosols/nail polish) may take an additional 1-3 business days to arrive.



Pre-Orders & In Stock With Supplier items

In Stock With Supplier If your order contains a pre-order or 'In Stock with Supplier' item, the whole order will ship when we have all of the products ready to send. Each of these products will have a shipping date estimate on the product page, please contact us if you are unsure.

Please consider placing multiple orders if you wish for items to ship separately.




Shipping Upgrades

Signature Required + $0

We do not charge extra for Signature Required parcels and this is our preferred option to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Non-Signature parcels are sent at the buyers risk, so please make sure that your Courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. Neither Beauty Bliss nor NZ Post are liable for parcels that have been stolen.

NZ P.O. Boxes + $0

We deliver to P.O Boxes at no additional charge. If your order is too big for your P.O Box, NZ Post will hold it behind the counter for you. Please note that we can not deliver items classed as Dangerous Goods (e.g. fragrance/hairspray/aerosols/nail polish) to PO Boxes.

Rural Addresses + $4

We deliver to rural addresses for an additional $4 (unless you qualify for Free Shipping in which case it's free!)




Pick Ups - Click & Collect

If you are located in Wellington, you can pick up your order from our Kaiwharawhara warehouse.

Disclaimer

We’ll do our absolute best to get your NZ order to you overnight but can not guarantee overnight delivery. There may be complications with your order or with the Courier in your area, contact us if you have problems and we’ll do our best to help.

If your parcel is returned to us for whatever reason, we will need to charge a fee to send it again. Please check that there is a safe place for the Courier to leave your parcel and that the address you have provided is correct. If you have chosen ‘Signature Required’, please make sure that you answer any Card To Call requests from NZ Post in a timely manner to avoid parcels being returned.

If you pay by Internet Banking, we need to wait for the payment to show in our account before processing the order for the courier pick up. So if you need your order the next business day, payment by Credit Card is best.

Large orders to Australia may incur taxes and duties at the border, please bear this in mind before placing an order. As we are a New Zealand-based business, these are outside of our control. You will need to work with your local authority to make any payments that are required.
